Your first appointment typically will last 1 hour. This includes a full detailed assessment, discussion of your goals, and starting your personalized treatment plan. Please bring:

Everyone is different and your treatment plan is individual to you. Following the initial evaluation and how your body responds to each follow-up session will give you a better understanding of what works and what does not. Usually, patients begin to feel relief within 2-3 sessions.
